What documentation do I need to rent a storage unit?

All you need is a valid form of government issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, military ID, or state ID).

What are the lease terms?

Our leases are month-to-month. With flexible lease options, tenants are able to store with us short or long-term without any concerns of unfair contracts or obligations.

How do I determine which unit size to rent?

If you need assistance determining which unit size to rent, use our self storage calculator or call your facility to speak with a manager. All you need is an idea of the items you intend to store for an accurate unit size estimation.

Who has access to my belongings?

Only you have access to your belongings using your personalized gate code. Enter your code into the gate keypad and come right inside during access hours. Access hours vary based on location.

Are the facilities under video surveillance?

Each of our facilities are under 24-hour video surveillance. This feature allows us to keep track of who comes and goes in order to keep your belongings safe and sound at all times.

What if I forget or lose my gate code?

If you misplace or forget your gate code, contact your facility manager immediately.

Do you offer vehicle parking?

We sure do. Store RVs, boats, campers, cars and other types of vehicles. See availability for the facility nearest you.

What is drive-up access?

Drive-up access allows you to drive up to your unit door for a quicker and easier loading and unloading experience. You’ll only be a few steps away from your unit.
